A super week in 6LV!

A great week in 6B with lots of challenge and enthusiasm towards our learning! In English, we continue to explore the features of biographies and gathering information on the life of Anne Frank-ready to create an interactive presentation on her life. In maths, we continue to challenge ourselves with tricky fraction work-adding, dividing, multiplying and finding fractions of amounts. In topic, we have created interactive quizzes using Kahoot-on all things WW2! We have learnt so much.

Our Learning Hero: This week we had the pleasure of two! Catherine and Emily! Great members to our team who have settled into life at MRPA with ease! Great additions who work hard! Jed made it to the Extraordinary zone for resilience is some tricky arithmetic work-Well done Jed!

Team Passion is our winner this week for house points! Remember to keep working hard for those CP points!

Attendance this week is 94.5%. Ideally we aim for 97% and we can’t stress enough how important year 6 is. Lost learning opportunities due to absence do have an impact on your child’s progress.

Well done to all who remember their CGP booklets. Homework must be in by Friday ready to be marked. Books must be in daily encase of revision sessions so please remember your books.
